Returns & Refunds Policy
We hope you love your Noise Jewellery purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Items must be returned within 14 days of your return request being made.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items are non-refundable:
- Pierced earrings
- Personalised jewellery items
Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us via our Contact page and include a description and photo of the fault.
Change of Mind Returns
If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
How to Return
Please contact us via our Contact page before sending any items back. We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
